Erban Development was founded in 2012 by managing director and registered builder Eric Diaz, having built many award winning residential & commercial projects as a site manager for some of Australia’s biggest builders & developers for over 20 years.
We are a small volume boutique builder focused on personal service, attention to detail, and building quality sustainable homes through a select group of trades and suppliers.
Our passion for passive & functional design, coupled with our experience in many different construction methods & materials allows us to build beautiful homes that reflect our client’s individual style and personality, as well as our point of difference.

We build single & multi-storey homes and developments using various building materials including: concrete, brickwork, timber & steel framed, rammed earth, and other alternative & innovative building systems.

Eric took on the challenging task of a full renovation/extension build in Floreat. An original Art Deco house was completely transformed into a modern family house.
